If only i could give no stars. Please do yourself a favor and do not speak with Mayte. She was no help at all and practically was giving me and my husband a dead end. After our meet with Mayte we went to a different lender who gave us more help and more options in buying our first home. Glad we didnt just settle with Mayte.
