I loved everyone and everything about my experience with them
First time going here. I was most impressed the care they took with me. The young lady that set up my appointments and payments was awesome.
This place is okay I guess. It’s not bad if you truly need a dentist. The staff was mostly kind. Unfortunately, this location is incredibly busy. There’s only one person to check in patients AND answer the phone - that’s incredibly impractical in such a busy practice. My biggest issue was with the business operations. Because this clinic is so busy, things are not communicated well. I was told verbally and WRITTEN an appointment day and time that was incorrect. I’ve been coming to this office for almost two years, and the communication is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve taken off work for appointments multiple times, only to find out after arriving that my appointment had been canceled. No phone call, no text, no notice. Trying to reach someone is nearly impossible. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do call back, it’s sometimes after the office is already closed, making it impossible to return the call.
