I cracked off part of one of my wisdom teeth & was in pain. I called them on Tuesday morning & they got me in that afternoon. Tooth was pulled & no more headaches or jaw pain.
I was very skeptical about Aspen Dental/this dental facility but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service received. Nicole, the Hygienist was absolutely excellent! She was thorough, pleasant, gentle and knowledgeable. I appreciated her explaining every step she took so I knew what to expect. She did a great job. Dr. Kroni was very pleasant, caring and genuine. They were great but when it came to billing they were tricksters because they almost got me a lot worse than they did. They were going above and beyond insurance until I was about to leave because the price was outrageous. Then they tell me we'll get rid of what the doctor recommended so it knocked my bill down to reasonable. So I decided that was good enough and I paid it. Not thinking they added the electric toothbrush. And mouthwash and a water pick flosser to the bill as well But I'm okay with the water pick flosser and ... read more
