This was an annual A/C check, part of my maintenance agreement. To be consistent, I have requested the same service tech each time. Greg G. always takes the time to patiently explain his assessment of HVAC system and if work needs done. Thankfully my A/C is in good working order at this time. I would definitely recommend him and Motta Service Experts. I have been with Motta for about 15-16 yrs. My equipment is getting older now and Greg has educated me on things to be aware of and things to look for.
We’ve used Motto Heating and Air Conditioning before (they originally installed our unit), and this experience just confirmed why we keep coming back. During the recent heat wave and wildfire smoke, our unit randomly stopped working, and Motto got a technician out to us in under 24 hours. We got a quote and installation all within 5 days. The guys who came out to do the installation were soooo great, friendly, courteous of my home, my pets and overall gave me a perfect experience. The sales rep quote guy and tech guy were also very kind, informative and answered all my questions with patience. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a seamless experience from start to finish if upper management sees this they definitely deserve a raise ☺️
We needed a licensed plumber to fix a gas leak in a supply line to our hot water heater and a licensed HVAC technician to run a full diagnostic on our HVAC system.
