We had an issue with our air conditioning not working. We called Motto and a gentleman by the name of Mike came out. He diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and professional. We will request Mike in the future if the need arises. Thanks Motto!
On June 12 and 13, 2025, Motta installed a $14,500 heatpump and air handler at my residence. Service techs were very nice and did a nice job. However, shortly after they left, I noticed a small leak from the condensation drain pipe. The next business day, I called Motta to inform them about the leak and to get information on the 1k gift card that Lennox offered. They said they would get back to me about that. They didn't.
