Horrible experience. I walked out and will never go to this facility again. Arrived for a 1pm appointment and the doctor did not arrive. Stayed till about 2:30pm. This place has no consideration for your appointment time. The staff at the front desk make the experience worse. Unkept facility and just terrible. STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Don’t go. Just DON’T GO! I am the new patient here. Firstly, the doctor doesn’t tell you about the EDD, and pressed so hard on my lower abdomen. After the ultrasonic, they don’t even give you a copy of the photo. You are only allowed to take a picture and that’s it. Secondly the front desk is just so impatient about your questions. Thirdly, the waiting time was just for couple hours.

This office is poorly run. 3+ appointments where i am waiting over an hour to have my vitals taken and the sitting in the room to wait for another thirty minutes to see the Dr. Incredibly frustrating, and very rude staff. There is no point in booking an appointment you will be waiting hours.

I don’t usually write a review but I am really losing my shit now (in their waiting room). My average wait period has been 2-4 hours at this clinic (no kidding!) The ONLY reason why I had to keep coming is because I was already in my 2nd trimester when I came and transferring would be difficult. There were many times my appt was 5pm and I would not be seen until 7/8pm. 非常差劲，预约的时间提前到了之后告诉你前面有十个人，要等两个小时，想挣钱想疯了
