New patient with Dr Emma Carlson. Super kind, and asked many questions which I appreciated. Dr Carlson took her time and made me feel heard. If you are looking for a new gyno go see her!
You will be waiting 2+ hours for your appointment. They will forget to give you referrals for your upcoming scheduled appointments and procedures that they tell you that you need. Google says 10am open but I just called and the woman told me to call back at 10:30 because nobody was there yet. The nurse and the doctor themselves are fine enough, but the structure here is bad.
Horrible experience. I walked out and will never go to this facility again. Arrived for a 1pm appointment and the doctor did not arrive. Stayed till about 2:30pm. This place has no consideration for your appointment time. The staff at the front desk make the experience worse. Unkept facility and just terrible. STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Don’t go. Just DON’T GO! I am the new patient here. Firstly, the doctor doesn’t tell you about the EDD, and pressed so hard on my lower abdomen. After the ultrasonic, they don’t even give you a copy of the photo. You are only allowed to take a picture and that’s it. Secondly the front desk is just so impatient about your questions. Thirdly, the waiting time was just for couple hours.
