Great customer service, trilingual staff (English, Mandarin, Cantonese). Keeps good records of past visits. Prices affordable, though insurance may be out of network.

I had a great prescription done here at their Flushing store. The doctor, I believe is Dr Ho if I'm not mistaken, is an excellent doctor with great experience and patient. My new prescription is perfect and I am truly very happy today after I picked up my new glasses.
This place came highly recommended. I got a TERRIBLE perscription, and they have no replacement policy. I was stuck with them. Legit places offer a 60 day replacement policy. I guess these guys are good if you bring a perscription, but if they do the eye test, youre in trouble.
