Mitzy is very compassionate about her job. Unfortunately my case has been shuffled around so much by other attorneys and living on disability I can not move forward. Had I only started with Mitzy things would be different. Highly recommend
Mitzi Motsinger is NOT a good lawyer. I retained this lawyer and could not be more unsatisfied. She was working with the other lawyer. My biggest regret in life was retaining her. She made my divorce so much worse than it needed to be..on top of the fact I paid her like over 15k…she has no integrity and really should not be practicing law.. especially in this field. She’s an uncaring and selfish person. I certainly recommend getting another lawyer

We hired Ms. Motsinger a couple years ago to handle a custody case involving my abused child. Ms. Motsinger chose to not only get all buddy-buddy with my child's abuser (apparently they're on a first-name basis), but failed to verify any of his claims, simply taking them at face-value. She ignored all of our evidence, including statements from both law enforcement and medical professionals, and lied to my child's face, telling them "I believe you" when the report she eventually gave stated otherwise.
