Attempted to call 5 times and no one would pick up the phone. Customer service is terrible
Pathetically slow to supply replacement head units to Mitsubishi to replace my non working head unit in a 2019 Outlander. Mitsubishi have had lots of trouble with this brand of head unit across several cars! I've been waiting months! Do not recommend.

This is a very dodgy company! The managers are not reliable at all. I bought a used car from them and they said the car was in great condition. I trusted them because they work in a multinational company, but when I took it to my mechanic, I received a quote of around AUS$5k to fix all the issues. I called Raphael and Brian hundreds of times, but they never answered my calls.
