Friendly but ineffective. Order Oakley Airbrake Goggles but actually not in stock. All emails 100% ignored, eventually spoke on the phone after numerous attempts, agreed on a refund. A week later, no refund, no reply to voice mail, no reply to emails. Probably great as a local pop-in shop but absolutely avoid online shopping as they are clearly disorganised.
Ordered some boots over the phone. Excellent customer service, item arrived the next day. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using again. Many thanks
Bought a lot of MX kit off Motoxtreme and they are by far the best shop around great to deal with, very helpful and done me a great deal.
Terrible customer service, never call you back. Only order half of what you asked for. Tom is useless at ordering and usually have to rely on his dad to do it. Useless and shall be ordering elsewhere which is a shame as my local shop. Shop elsewhere if you can.
