I had a great experience buying a 2025 Beta 200rr RE from Dan, and his wife. A straight forward, no nonsense guy who still rides almost weekly. I brought them a Metropolitan scooter that had a little bit of a fuel leak. I drove it up and down the block I came back. It was leaking fuel. They disassemble my carburetor lost the accelerator pump. Needle called me on the phone and told me my carburetor was missing parts and it couldn’t have ran in this condition. Just hope you never have a problem with one of their bikes. "That's what the Internet is for" was the response I got when trying to talk to their service department.
Needed a new ignition cover gasket for my 2020 Beta, called 4 other dealers with no luck. Not only did Dan at MotoX have it in stock, but he got it shipped out same day and I had it in hand next day. They live up to the name of the best Beta dealer in the west!
