Very disappointing… My 4 year old was scheduled for a procedure. I called a week before to get more information on what exactly my daughter’s treatment plan was, they didn’t have one yet. She told me that someone from pre surgical would call the day before. Fast forward to the day before, nurse called to do the standard questions, still no treatment plan and this was the day before the procedure! Very nice and friendly
The nurses my son had today were TOP TIER. You can tell they really enjoy working with kids and do an amazing job relating to them. My son was trying to find 1 more word on his word search before he went back to the operating room and the nurses told him to bring the tablet with him and helped him find the word. It helped ease his worry of walking away from me and it was so appreciated.
