Scheduling the appointment was good they informed me of all that was needed for the appointment. They did not miss a beat. I just loved my pre-op experience with Shawn I could feel her smile through the telephone, she was very informative and knowledgeable of the office and procedures that may be performed. I felt that she loved her job. The CRNA was very friendly with my granddaughter and put her totally at ease. The staff is amazing! Our daughter was not scared one bit.
All staff very professional, efficient and organized. My 10 year old had some extensive work done and was terrified, but came through it like a champ! Highly recommend Motown and all staff.
