I appreciate they provide holiday service. But not that they lodged a fail without letting me take a look at the defect in the first place. She acted like whoever dont follow her wishes right away has consequencesbto bear. If you like this kind of service go ahead. I prefer to spend another $400 at another place than $100 as 2nd inspection here. That's how muchbi dislike this experience.
