Ordered an exhaust from here. Was expected in 2-3 weeks. It’s been 7 weeks and still no update on arrival. Contact customer support and they take days to reply back and don’t give any information. Told me a week ago they were expecting it that Friday from the supplier but contacted them again a week later and they said they were still waiting to hear back with an eta from the supplier. Ordered and paid for OZ Wheels parts Sept 6 2025 , its Jan 19 2026, nothing but excuses and runaround. WORST EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Update 2/2/26 Requested a Full Refund- owner states OZ wheels has tariff issues, the email address the owner of Motowheels gave for ozwheels in their reply below us invalid. The customer service rep at Motowheels seems hesitant t o issue an immediate refund. I have requested them to send my refund transaction info by 9am tomorrow. I will update my review tomorrow.
Waste of time. They don’t install, they don’t do anything other than sell parts/ wheels. They don’t even know about wheels. lol why this place exists idk? Yikes Sacramento there’s a huge hole for custom work/ knowledge…
Horrible Merchant. They continue to post items with substantially low prices, and then when you go to purchase the item, it's a complete BAIT AND SWITCH to a much higher price. COMPLETE CLICK BAIT. Furthermore, they act like it's your fault for wanting to purchase the item at the price they advertise it, which is substantially lower than the price for which they're selling it. This place does not communicate. It seems like they do not ship until you complain I did eventually get my part but the lack of communication and the attitude the person gave me in the email is unacceptable I do not recommend this place find parts elsewhere. They say my item was delivered but It wasn't delivered until the day after they said it was. In my opinion this place is sketchy at best I will not be ordering from them again
