Everything i encountered was great. The prices, the people, the knowledge on what was asked, and the work outs.. Only "negative" persay is it's not 24hr
This place really takes things seriously! I can't say I'm excited about returning because my body hurts in places I didn't know existed, but I will say I'm going back again and again and again because THEY care about ME! They are genuinely honest, caring folks that just want to help. I'm super impressed! Can't wait to see what they have in store to help me continue on my journey.
We were looking for a local gym, pleasantly surprised. Nice facility, knowledgeable staff, great hours.
Friendly, easy to talk to. Encouraging, not pushy. Family atmosphere. They listen and suggest ways to attain your goals. As with all of life, it's up to you. Feel Better..Move Better!!
