Amazing hitch for big bikes - great customer service.
BEST carrier ever. I ordered my mototote sport carrier for my cafe racer in summer 2023. Since then I’ve been able to travel across Texas multiple times for shows and bike meets. Even more so, I am very satisfied with the customer service I’ve been getting from the Mototote team. I simply send a text and in less than 15 min I get a response. Purchased the mototote mini loading ramp. Delayed shipping for over 6 months. No communication. No response to my emails. Took my money and haven’t received anything. On top of that, the phone number on their site not takes you to some spam medical device service.
Purchased the Moto tote duel carrier. Carrier arrived damaged with scratches, chipped paint and dents. Also, the craftsmanship was of very poor quality. The brackets and washers did not fit correctly. Whomever welded the brackets did a poor job. In fact, the placement of the bracket welds caused the washers to not sit flush. I had to go to Home Depot to buy new (smaller diameter) washers. This carrier is worth $300, not the $1,600 I paid. Very disappointed. Left an email message (off their site) and they called me back within an hour. Answered my questions, saved me some $ suggesting a better choice for tiedowns AND... some products are made in the USA and the others are assembled in the USA. Works for me!!!
