I rang up on behalf of my partner as she needed pricing for a few parts for her bike. The gentleman on the phone sounded unimpressed as if to of disturbed him doing something more important. Got told he'll call back. Fast forward about 2 hours and I chased it up and the lady said they'd been busy and she'll get the man to call me. 3 hours later I call again as knows they'd be closing.
