Can't say enough nice things about Mototech Services. I hit Joe up via mobile and explained that I'd stripped my $8 Amazon aftermarket hex-head oil sump bolt for my 2025 KLR650 while attempting an oil change at home. Joe agreed to help me out and we made a time that suited us both. I bought the oil, filter and the original oil sump bolt down and Joe took care of it for me while we chatted about bikes. I dropped my 1995 XJ 900 in back in September 2019, he got the go ahead from the insurance company on 19th of Nov. that year, for some work, nothing mechanical,. It was just to get a fairing repaired and the bike taken apart so everything could be resprayed and put back together. To cut a long story short I still don't have it back and I have no idea what has been done, if anything, to the bike. Joe was easy to deal with and good turn around on my fork service. Still to see how they perform
Reading a few comments on here about Joe taking his time not getting back to the owner etc exactly the same boat I was in. I took my bike into the shop in October and didn't get it back till February. The amount of times I messaged him and said how's the bike going he'd leave me unred and I'd have to remind him again and again on how the bike was going.
