I LOVE Motostarz. I can always count on them for amazing pricing compared to the local shops in and around Ottawa and GTA. I’ve ordered numerous times from them in the last 3-4 years for 2 different bikes. All orders were always fulfilled, packaged well, and arrived as noted in their shipping. Only place I would buy bike parts, best prices and best customer service. They bend over backwards for their customers
Garbage customer service and asking illegally for information. They tried asking me for a picture of my ID and a bank statement just to send an order I already paid for. Then instead of correcting themselves, they just cancelled my order. Would never recommend. Would never come back. Horrible customer service and scammers.
These guys act as brokers the speed of shipment is terrible. Don’t buy from them if you expect a reasonable delivery time or update on your status. Avoid cones form China faster than these clowns
Great place, lots of selection good prices and good customer service. I bought a Ermax windscreen for my 17 Fz09 . Update, I recently had a minor issue and the customer service was excellent again many years later.
