Website says processed within 2-3 business days and receipt says shipped within 2-6 business days..... Then I receive an email stating that due to high volume it may take longer??? Keep website up to date is all I got to say.... Update, TODAY I received an email that it was a pre ordered item and would take 8-10 days for them to even receive it! I placed an order and then I realized I forgot to add an item to my order. I called and the staff was super helpful and made the changes need. Order was shipped the next day, and I got my package a few days later. 10/10 would recommend!
