Good ! Ordered parts got them in time Had to return an item sent it back and was issued refund . Good experience with lady on the phone and overall good folks to deal with .
Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Zero willingness to do the basic requirements of their job. I will never touch this business again. Truly terrible service at all levels.
I bought several things from them but the last thing was short shipped, They blamed EVOTECH for the mix up and with absolutely zero support from Motorstarz I reached out to EVOTECH. They put me back to Motorstarz cause it was there mistake. Anyway with calls and emails not answered and no resolution I’m very disappointed. Buyers if there is a problem with your order it will never be resolved. Worst customer service ever. Also Evotech was no better. Good luck people!!
Motostarz are great to deal with. I ordered a Zard exhaust for my bike, though it took a while to be made: 3 months (not motostarz issue) it eventually arrived with overnight shipping courtesy of motostarz to cover any inconvenience. Super happy with the Zard super happy with Motostarz. 5 stars.
