New update : 7th Nov 2023 Omg!! We just had word from Florida stating that the Kawasaki back rest was sent back damaged!! This is the worst worst customer experience we’ve ever had if there’s a negative star I’ll do it. Who’s gonna refund us now and why should we be out of pocket for it? Absolutely unprofessional! We had a motorcycle return part back in June 2023 and after months of follow ups only to be let known that they didn’t return the part until October 2023 and even until now we have no proof that it’s been sent to the Florida agent for our refund process. Four months! Seriously not impressed at all at how our issue was handled!
I just picked up my 2017 Kawasaki 900 Classic from MotorSport Hillsboro Service today and I couldn't be happier than I am right now. Dakota in the Service Department treated me right and in the big world of business making a buck off a customer, that doesn't happen at MotorSport Hillsboro or with him. Dakota let me know exactly what needed to be done to my bike to get me back out on the road again. RecommendedHad a great experience at Hillsboro MotoSport! Took my son there a week ago and helped him finance his very first motorcycle. Was a great price, and they did a great job for him. He ended up buying a New 2018 Honda CBR1000RR. I ended up liking the bike so much I drove back two days ago and bought a new 2019 Honda CBR1000RR SP. Thanks Gabe and Matt. We be back to you guys when we buy my wife's bike!!!
Highly recommend this place. These guys, and gals, were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We were warned Saturday’s are horribly busy and they weren’t wrong. But their customer service never showed it. Even with the 5 hour drive, we’ll be back.
I submitted a request for a quote online and got a call back same day. Rick had the bike I wanted ready for me on the day I came in to buy it. I was in and out in an hour and a half. Super happy with the service and the price.
Super busy and friendly only downside is no place to test drive bikes...
Contacted Rick 2 times, left 3 messages on the 2013 Victory Cross Country. Let him know I was a cash buyer, and had 2 questions about the bike. Never returned my calls or responded to my messages. Ended up buying another Victory and paid cash. Terrible communication, zero followup, lost sale. It must be a blessing to be so busy and making so much money that it's possible to pick and choose who to respond to.
