Good luck getting them to answer the phone, getting them to return your call or answer an email. They may know how to fix things but their customer service is horrible. I have a chainsaw that won't start and have left messages but I've heard nothing. I'm in no rush for the saw and I've offered to deliver the saw and have heard nothing in response. I've been trying to get a reply or for over 2 weeks. I'm done with them.
