Edit: Ended up canceling the reservation after waiting an hour and finding somewhere else to stay. Obviously can’t rate the rooms, but I would recommend steering clear based solely on the customer service and other reviews. Currently sitting on hold for 20 minutes. We were supposed to check in at 4. Was told a code would be coming. It hasn’t. And no one is answering. We can’t get into the building we paid to stay in and instead are standing outside in the heat. This is absurd.
Only there for one night, but the space was clean, very spacious, and well appointed. Located near the Amtrak Train station that we needed to get to the next morning, so the location was perfect for us.

This place is easily 5 star potential but apparently they have known issues with appliances. The fridge in our room did not work. We called several times and were told someone would come and fix it. Someone did come but it wasn’t fixed. This resulted in us having to spend tons of money on food eating out ice and a cooler. It would not have been that big of a deal but other guests said that they had issues with things (appliances mainly) not working. They said they called and no one came to fix anything. If you don’t like reading long reviews…in short, I DO NOT recommend staying at this location. My experience with Roami Motors New Orleans was frustrating and disappointing from the start of checking in…Upon arriving in town, I called to see if we could check in early. The customer service rep, Grace, told me it was against their policy.
