I contacted Motorworks on Thurs, wasn't sure of the exact part required for our bike. As suggested by them, I emailed them with photos and description of the problem. The same day, I got all the information: parts costs etc. Phoned on Friday to order. I was given excellent advice as well from them. The part was received on Saturday lunchtime.
