Booked for a washer pump diag / repair and oil change. I’ll share what happened and then I’ll share what I would’ve liked to see happen. Diagnosed same morning and found washer pump, pretty cut and dry as to what it was but I understand techs must do their due diligence, so they removed the pump, however they couldn’t get the pump for 5-7 days so I had to ask them to put the vehicle back together.
