I brought my BMW 328D for diagnostic and ended up needing a replacement transfercase and actuator. The service that I received on this first visit was excellent and I will definitely bring my vehicle back for routine maintenance going forward.
I have been taking my 2014 BMW 328d wagon to Motorwerkes for a few years now. They are transparent and provide a comprehensive review of the condition of your vehicle. I have recommended them to others with BMW vehicles to receive similar (or better) than dealership service for a more reasonable price. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and the mechanics are top-notch. When my bimmer has an issue my only call is to Motorwerkes as I have full trust and confidence they will deliver.
Motorwerkes is definitely the place to go! I had a critical suspension failure and within two days, I had my car back and good to go! Parm and Allison were just joyous to work with, providing better service than any other shop in the city! Will definitely be coming back for any other car troubles I may have! I 100% recommend this shop!
