I was absolutely impressed with their work, not that it was in doubt. I dropped it off in the morning and after a day at work it was complete. They really made sure that every aspect of the installation process was 5 stars. They also made time to go through all of the functions and capabilities of the stereo to make me feel at ease. STAY AWAY!!! Had a stereo installed. Days later amplifier stopped working. I checked the fuse. Was blown. I replaced it reluctantly after MotorVision made me wait over a month before contacting me as the were waiting for bass controller already paid for but wanted us to have no music till this arrived. Horrible service at an extremely high price. The whole family are rude when asking for the boss was told in a rude tone the boss was gone and that’s the perks of being the boss. I had a great experience getting a headunit fitted after a terrible experience at Autobarn, which has terrible customer service and doesn't know their stuff. Motorvision took time to explain everything and tried to keep costs low.
A very well run business. They clearly communicated everything I needed to know when making the booking. Drop off and collection were a breeze. Couldn’t be happier.
