Originally I came to Motorvation after being given a rip off quote by another garage in Harrogate for a new brake calliper March 2025. Ever since then I've used Motorvation for everything. Most recently when I thought I needed new brake pads, turns out I didn't & they didn't even charge me for checking! 10/10 I would recommend Motorvation to anyone in & around the Harrogate area.
I was going to wait until the end of our servicing until review - however Leonnie showed true genuinity today and with that alone, I'd highly recommend. No sales tactics, no rip offs, just conversation and understanding. "Tar plaster" garage (although very kind) quoted silly amounts for "required" works to pass MOT. Defects have been found here, but we now know half of the "required" works are not MOT tested. What can I say about Ryan and his team. Beyond helpful. Took my car in for what was supposed to be a simple MOT and service, and it turned out I needed a new timing belt and head gasket. A huge job that ryan and his team went out of their way to make sure I got the quickest and most cost effective. This ended up with my car being transported to a 3rd party garage over in Bolton, which they not only found but did all the liaising for me so that I had nothing to worry about. I was in Harrogate for work & my car became undriveable. All garages were saying it could be seen in 6 weeks etc - quite stressful. Motorvation fitted me in that afternoon & stayed late to fix it. So friendly & helpful & reasonably priced. An absolute life saver, especially when I was so far from home - very thankful & highly recommend.
