It has been a very stressful experience as a customer to say the least. Bad communication especially between mechanic, tuner & myself to rectify misfire issues. Not taking my concerns & misfire issues seriously which has ended up causing catastrophic engine failure after spending a lot of money on a supercharger upgrade which Motortorque should of fixed free of charge due to negligence. My car has also been damaged multiple times while being here & not completed after spending a lot of money for an unfinished product with ongoing issues unresolved. After spending over $20,000 i’m handed a car running on 7 out of 8 cylinders. Fails to give quotes when asked multiple times. Cost 25% more than what was said verbally.
