My mother recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership after being verbally assured by Ken Perdue that the vehicle was “99% sound.” During the sale, the female representative also repeatedly talked about how she had the same type of vehicle and that hers had over 300,000 miles, which gave my mother additional confidence in the purchase.
