bought 2 batteries within a couple of weeks at the evansville location on st joseph rd supposedly had the most cold cranking amp for our 2006 mustang after the arctic blast earlier this year car would not start so we took the battery back only to find your company does not I repeat does not stand behind your products the sales clerk and the manager were quite rude and would not assist my wife who is disabled with this problem needless to say we will never use your products again and would definitely not recommend your produc... read more
Went to Battieries Now to test my Explorers battery. Found out that it needed replaced. The owner then gave me my options on battoeries I could get. He didn’t push the most expensive one either. After choosing my new battery the owner of the place was out there helping his employee put the new battery in while carrying on conversation with me and my 3 year old son. Purchased a battery from Batteries Now about 3 months ago. It arrived VERY quickly and worked great. I did have an issue with the battery that was probaby caused by myself and was not a quality issue but Batteries Now still warrantied the battery, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! They mailed me a new battery with a return receipt for the defective one. Their customer service was impecable and I would highly recommend Batteries Now.
