Great service
I took my wife's X5 in for brake pad service and was quickly notified that it was covered under her maintenance plan (we both forgot about it). Mike was honest and even verified it with a contact at a dealership. Amazing service. I'll definitely come back for any out-of-warranty issues.
Took both of my X5's to mike. He's taken good care of them and fixed what I needed done. Also supposed another x5 like mine at his shop
Came in with rough idle issues, walked out with a smooth ride. 12/10 customer service and even better maintenance. Highly recommend for anyone who has BMW issues. Mike knows his stuff and is very informative! Thanks again Mike!
