Hubby in yesterday bought a part, paid cash and then had to take it back as it didn’t fit. Took it back still in the packaging, never fitted to the car. Wasn’t given a receipt when he made the purchase and the staff member tried to deny he had been there 15/20minutes before saying “a lot can happen in that time”. Tried to refuse a refund in general as hubby couldn’t prove he had been there without a receipt (hadn’t been given one). Absolute legends, Darren hooked us up with all the AN fittings an knowledge needed to bulid my own lines from accessories to tools turbos, fuel pumps ect ect they have it all to keep those garage's open 😀
I have been more than happy with my experience in store. I am greeted with kindness & nothing but helpful staff. Darren particularly going above & beyond for me. So helpful & knowledgable staff. I won’t be going anywhere else now. Everything you may need will be in store if not they can have it ordered in. It’s a great to have help as a female with a race car.
