I gave them 1 star because they refunded me my money without hassle, but they had no choice and here's why. A couple weeks ago I saw their ad on market place of a camper, a nice 2020 Cougar for 19,900 so I called and set appointment with Andy to go see it and I live in Excelsior Springs Mo, when I got there Andy had the RV ready to show, I climbed up on the roof walked it, checked the seals and gaskets of the roof and slides, no issues, so after the inspection I put a $500 deposit on the camper and made arrangements to come ... read more
Great service every time! For sales, we purchased a 5th wheel and had the best experience. The fridge ended up having issues and they replaced it right away as well as fixing several other things quickly and effectively. They helped us sell that camper later for a great price! Since then, we have brought in several campers for repairs and even called them from the road to ask service questions.
