Would I come back here? . . . No. I've been coming to Motorserve because my family used it as well. We're not all very mechanic savvy so it seemed like they were being reasonable and honest. But since showing my car to my friend after Motorserve has worked on it, I won't be going back. One time they forgot to put my brake pad on, though they said they had replaced it all. Very friendly and professional service.
I have been using MotorServe for 4 years and recently I had cause to question their workmanship, customer service and attention to detail. The reports that I have received over the past two years have been inaccurate and misleading and I will not return to this service centre.
Although the website says it does pre purchase inspections, when calling they informed me they don’t.
