Thank you to Travis and the team at Moterserve Townsville. Really glad I went to Moterserve Townsville to repair my car. Very happy with the service received and the outcome of the repairs. The team was welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were able to fit my car in and finish repairs promptly. The quoted price was fair with the final total cost coming to well under the quoted price. I am also very pleased with the repairs. I will definitely be going there again and highly recommend Moterserve Townsville to anyone.

Absolutely the WORST EVER repairs business in the Ville. They have Mcfarked my mothers car battery, it was bloody brand new, can’t her car, I can’t turn the rear brakes lights off, And there’s a hole in the upholstery. Do not ever take your car there, you’ll get it back worse than what you dropped it off.
Awful company to deal with, I do not usually post product/service reviews, but this experience with my stolen car has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Motorserve is terrible in their customer service, communication (both customers and between departments) and estimating a date for parts and repairs. I continuously had to call Motorserve for updates on my car for them to push back the estimated date, a day before I was expected to pick it up!
