Chelsea on the front counter is ausom to deal with when droping off and picking up cars. Nothing too big of a hassle for her. Always smiling.
Was told to take my car to them by NRMA. Was told my car would get fixed in 6 weeks when the parts got in. Didn't happen for 3 months later. Then when the car was done it was not completed to the shanded I was told it would be by my insurance company. Am in talks with my insurance company to get it fixed to a reasonable standard
Very poor experience, vehicle took over 6 months, no communication and I had to chase them for updates constantly to continuously find out the estimated completion date was pushed out.
Good & unfortunately bad experience thats ongoing 1 year later..... I was sent to Motoserve through my insurance Suncorp, unfortunately Skippy jumped in to my passenger door & I had a cpl minor dents on the tub... I do have to say the paint job was spot on perfect, id go as far to say it was better than the original paint, zero complaints regarding the paintwork and highly recommend.
