Got my car repaired here through an insurance claim after someone hit my car. No issues on the repair side. Most of the staff were great (especially reception) but there was one particular person who made the whole process a horrible one, as he was very dismissive and rude. It felt very condescending. Not ideal to deal with in a stressful situation.
Very impressed by the workmanship & turnaround time. Made me at ease with the whole claim process and getting my car back to exactly how it was before! Thank you the team at Motorserve.

Such an efficient service, I'm so impressed. Someone crashed into the back of my car and RACV was really swift in moving the lodgement forward and repairing my car with these guys. the inspector here was very thorough in what was damaged and also getting my car repaired so I could actually pick it up the very next day! Thanks so much to RACV and the excellent team here! So thankful to have these guys assist me in what is a very stressful situation.
