I recently had my Toyota Fortuner repaired at Motorserve Collision Mitchell and I’m very satisfied with the service provided. The repair work was completed professionally and to a high standard. Andrew was particularly outstanding throughout the entire process. He was helpful, proactive, and kept me informed from start to finish. Dear NRMA Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the ongoing delays and poor service related to my car repair at Motorserve Mitchell. Since February, my car has not been properly fixed. I have received multiple messages stating that my car is ready for collection, only to have the appointment cancelled three times. A time wasting, poor work quality, poor customer service organisation. For more than one month their follow-up repair has not been actioned - "waiting on prices from supplier". They do not answer calls, and several visits in person have resulted in the don't care reply. Not worth one-star, and certainly not worthy of any association with the NRMA.
