Awful service and experience a few months back. Front desk never seemed to know what was going on when I attended or called. I thought I had walked into the wrong place initially because I was almost turned away and had to press them to find me in their system. They didn’t give me critical information written or verbal in regards to my options for repairer - in fact they encouraged me to choose my own when I really didn’t have a preference - which turned out to have poor consequences later and absolved them of any problems w... read more
