Really good communication, they checked in with me every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and were really pleasant and professional to deal with. Big fan and I'll be coming back as long as I have a car and they're open :)
Very good service always
After my bash-plate was dislodged in Cooma, temporarily repaired by NRMA (thank you), but after I picked up my friend at the Canberra airport the bash-plate started dragging on the ground again. Katrina at MotorServ Majura organised for a quick fix so we could get on our way and find food as it was late in the day. Thanks for the excellent and prompt service Katrina and MotorServ :) (another place nearby said they couldn't fit the 10 minute job into their day which was very disappointing).
