replaced my battery and alternator a week ago, but when i went home i noticed something’s wrong with my car AC because before it was working fine, it wasn’t functioning well like before… when i turn it on it gives me a warm heat for a second and then it adjusts it’s temperature by itself 🤷♀️ high to low, low to high and it comes to complete stop all of a sudden and then again gives little coolness again i don’t drive much but this issue is bothering me whenever i’m driving. thanks

Michael Cascio was very helpful in being able to find my whole service history from Motorserve Marrickville which had closed down. He did an initial check and couldn't find anything however took ownership by taking my details and did a check in other systems which he then found my cars history. He called me within the same day with the details and provided the full history to me via email. This is a perfect example of taking ownership and following up.
