Just the worst experience in many years of bullying, mean, uncomunicative and intimidating behaviour by a mechanic service. When my son rang to ask them to look into a non Subaru part to keep the price lower for me they said it wasn't available and that they were going to say the car was unroadworthy because of 3 other things they said were wrong and I couldn't take the car till they were fixed.
