Have been taking my vehicle to Motorserve Gladesville since before the brand change from NRMA. The team have always provided exceptional, professional and kind service. Their communication has been exemplary and no matter what the job was from a routine safety inspection, regular service or complex repairs I was always kept up to date throughout with the progress. Am v happy with MotorServe, Gladesville for my car services (many years) and this time - a pink slip, new wipers etc. V. disappointed that the re-gas of my hatch boot lid - which was “booked" for 10:30am the same day, did not get done. As always, for services - I had to have the car at Gladesville by 7:30am - and this time the Service etc. was completed by approx. 8.30 / 8-45am - so there was nearly a 2 hour wait for me for the re-gas person... which was ok.
