We arrived 12:48pm and was told the staff to inspect our vehicle had gone on break and will resume at 1:00pm, staff returned at around 1:33pm from break and attended to another customer who arrived after we did. We were not attended to till 1:42pm, no apologies, no explanation which we considered very rude. We waited nearly an hour before we were attended to.

Mixed Experience: Great Staff, But Management Needs Improvement Date of visit: 12/8/24 Time: 10:45am I was ready to give Motorserve a 5-star rating—until I picked up my car today. While the repair work was done well, and I appreciate that they took extra time to ensure the bumper was perfectly aligned, my experience with management left much to be desired. My vehicle was left here after an insurance claim in October of 2023 and after receiving the car back on 4 occasions and having to return it once again for improper repairs, it was deemed unrepairable in August of 2024 (I literally drove it there and it seemed the mechanics had also improperly repaired the body work, them being my insurers only choice of repairer). Do not let your car go here. You will be lucky if you get it back. Your car will sit there for weeks, yes weeks! and not even move. Absolute shocking service. No communication. If the job eventually gets done but they miss a bit. Expect to go through it all again.
