DOESN’T DESERVE 1 STAR Received text message on Thursday that my car will be ready for pick up on Friday and to contact them for pick up time. When called, the staff said she needs to check on their system and will call back later for a pick up time. But as noone call me back, I’ve tried to ring them again and left messages but noone pick up the call or returned my call. There are several areas that need improvement: Unannounced Booking Abooking date was sent to me without prior consultation. This is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. I had a great experience with Motorserve and cannot fault them. They assessed and coordinated the repair work for my car after a bingle. All the staff were friendly, professional and super efficient throughout every interaction. They clearly explained the process and kept me informed too. When I dropped my car off for repairs, the loan car was organised ahead of time and waiting for me at their premises, so there was no running around.
