I took my car here through NRMA insurance after an accident. After getting home and assessing my ‘fixed car’ I realised that the whole panel was not put together properly with my head lights sticking out. I took my car back to be fixed the following week for them to return my car the exact same as I gave it to them. So I once again had to leave my car with them. Friendly office staff, arrogant mechanic who left the floor mat so filthy with oil footprints I had to throw it out. I was told the car could be picked up at 4:30, a big sign said not to drive it as there is not enough oil - but nobody was around any more to fill up the oil. I had lost faith in their assessment and climbing quotes, so I decided to take it elsewhere. I guess it was their payback. Not impressed
