Got my MOT done here recently - service was great and my car got seen very quickly. Also asked them if they could change a couple of my back lights - they were very helpful and only charged me for the bulbs. Class
Normally going to car places people know it's going to be a draining and not so fun experience. I can honestly say my mind has been changed, the gentleman at this place are Incredibly kind and professional. Would 100% recommend to anyone and ill definitely be returning when I need help with any car issues.
arrived a few minutes early than the booked schedule but it took 5 hours (09:30 - 14:30) for just MOT! no one told me before it took so long time and not offer any courtesy car. I walked back home to wait and then walked back to pick up….not good…..
Terrible experience. Car was there for 6 months, came out with more issues than it went in with.
This is a long story but it takes a lot for me to write a bad review because I understand business and business struggles but after recieving my vehicle bad it's currently missing the end of the exhaust and the engine light is still showing despite being failed for an 'inoperative engine light' and a couple other items to do with tyres.
