Worst experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. At first it was great, communication was great, kept me updated on the process (buying out of state can be a pain). But once they received funds, it would be days before hearing back from anyone. The truck delivery was delayed. Getting the title and registration took almost 2 months to get sorted out. Motors Unlimited was fantastic! Our sales rep Gary was friendly and never pushy, which made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. They even offered free drinks while we browsed, and their selection of cars and trucks was impressive. We had plenty of options to check out and test drive. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend purchasing from Gary. He said he would have the truck he told at pick up and when I picked it up, it was not detailed, but he said he would have a detailer detailed on my house and he never completed the detail like you said you would. Check Engine light turn on after driving off and he said I would have to take it to the dealership. Pretty much after that, Gary did not respond to my messages. Gary and his team are professional, organized, and provide excellent customer service. Their inventory is always clean and well maintained - truly a step above the rest!
I recently bought a first gen Ford Raptor from Gary and his team, who were outstanding in every way! I purchased from out of state and Gary was extremely helpful throughout the process. Sent me what I needed/wanted to see, stored the truck for me for a couple weeks until I could come pick it up, and even paid for my Uber from the airport!
