Agreed to a deal, then they tried changing the terms. After re-agreeing, provided my address and bill of sale info and then crickets. Not even a courtesy call or text, and then the car was listed as sold a few days later while we’re waiting for paperwork. Basically had us on the hook to bate another buyer. Unethical at best.
I purchased a truck from these guys out of state, and they made the entire process easier than any dealership I’ve ever worked with. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, there were no hidden fees, and the truck was exactly as described—in perfect condition. It was nice to work with a dealership that was honest and straightforward. I’ll definitely be buying my future trucks from them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
