I had a wonderful! experience it’s was my first time at a private dealership i worked with Kevin he was great and very informative ,I didn’t feel pressured I had a budget range on my payments I was wanted and a range for the price of the vehicles I was interested in Kevin helped me out put me in a couple different vehicles That were in my price range. We actually bought a car from them. I can hardly believe it my self. Derrick was rude and overbearing. The worst thing, we forgot the title at home (trade in $500) And after giving them 2 cashiers checks ($9,000) they would not let us drive our car home to pick up the title. To us, this was ridiculous. We already paid for the car we bought, have the bill of sale and would not release our car to us. We felt this was really petty on their part.
