Absolutely awful car service for a major pric4e point. Not only were the customer care staff rude and non-caring but they didn't even text me when my car was ready, only sending the text AFTER we called them and lied about sending it. Technicians left their grease covered bags in the BACK SEAT OF MY CAR for me to dispose of. I would not recommend this hyundai dealership for servicing. Offered me incorrect mechanical advice, and charged me a small fortune for it. Charged me $1000 (5 hours of labour) to give me a WRONG diagnostic. This is before anything was fixed, $1000 to find the problem, and it wasn't even the issue. Took it to an auto electrician for a second opinion who found the issue in an hour. It was not an auto electrical issue, it was a mechanical issue - a faulty fuel pump. And at Motors Hyundai Launceston, their mechanics (who cost $200 an hour) couldn't find this issue in 5 hours. DO NOT USE HYUNDAI MOTORS FOR ANY MECHANICAL OR SERVICING NEEDS. My brother owns a Hyundai IX35 that had stopped working all together. He thought he'd take it to the Hyundai dealership assuming they would know the car best, but that was far from the truth. After being stuff around and charged more than originally quoted price to diagnose the problem they still had no idea.
