Took car (Kona) there for engine noise on startup and fuel smell diagnosis. They said they put car on hoist to check underneath for fuel leak. Couldn't find anything wrong and they haven't come across it before they said. The noise they said it's nothing to worry about, it's not that loud. No idea what we paid for really. We asked them not to put oil in there as we were using best quality oil which seemed to help with engine noise and it did not require any. Guess what they added their own oil. Friendly staff. Service performed in a timely manner. No complaints.
The service on the Hyundai did not go well. They could not diagnose the reason the engine light came on but still charged me for that. (I had to go elsewhere for that and it turned out to be an easy fix). Wiper blade was fitted incorrectly, and they overfilled the oil.
Booked a service for 11am, reached before 11am but had to wait until 3pm to get the job done. Also, the interior smelled like someone spilled petrol inside the car when I received. Dont know how the schedule works in Devonport Hyundai...
