Motors & Controls is my Go-To shop for AC repair parts. Just this month I needed a replacement condenser (outside unit) fan motor for my 34 year old 1.5 ton Trane unit. Internet search results were too expensive and slow delivery. Robert at M&C, the counter guy, told me they had a replacement motor in stock and to bring the old motor, fan and bracket. I'm a senior now and over many years I have needed motors, fans or repairs and their service has been excellent.
Building is a fright, but the people are knowledgeable and helpful.
