Sad to have to write a poor review, as I can't help think my negative experience was easily avoidable. My new car was delivered to me without its logbook, and Motors4U Cardiff gave me bad advice that I could immediately tax the vehicle at the post office - which was not correct. It took the full four weeks for the new V5C to be issued by the DVLA and enable me to tax and drive the car. Five weeks later, I have only taken it out a couple of times, but the car seems good (hence the 3-stars). A shame - it could have been a good... read more
