Sad to have to write a poor review, as I can't help think my negative experience was easily avoidable. My new car was delivered to me without its logbook, and Motors4U Cardiff gave me bad advice that I could immediately tax the vehicle at the post office - which was not correct. It took the full four weeks for the new V5C to be issued by the DVLA and enable me to tax and drive the car. I purchased my car from Motors 4 U Cardiff about 3 months ago. Really easy process, friendly staff, and a great price. I've recommended them to family and friends!
We've just come back to Motors 4 U for our second car after 6 months, and once again, we're really pleased. Our first car has been completely reliable, and the second one we just bought was exactly as described. We wouldn't be put off by some of the other reviews. Adam explained that many of the other dealers in the compound don’t have their own Google pages, so their negative reviews often end up on Motors 4 U's page by mistake. That cleared things up for us. Overall, it's been a smooth experience both times!
