Ryan was awesome and saved the day in under 30 minutes where AAA left us stranded for 5 hours
Sent me a tow truck without a working boom to hoist my rig a couple inches. Bent my thousand dollar tow bar with an air pillow . My insurance paid them for a 4 hr job $1500, then they wanted another $1250 for me and I declined to pay it. The driver even said it was a four hr job from shop to shop, then Pro Tow threatened me with collections. Very dishonest company.
